Seminyak Beach, Rice Field view 3 bedroom villa

Hopefully feedback is taken on board Positive: The space was great for larger families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Negative: The location was a bit of a walk to the main road. We only had 1 towel per person for swimming in the pool and showering, therefore constant wet towels. No bath mat and water went all over the bathroom floor from the shower. Tiles were slippery when wet from the pool or rain. I selected birthday decorations and a floating breakfast for a special birthday upon booking. Confirmed with reception the day before as well to be told they couldn’t do the decorations due to short notice. Even though I had entered this upon booking 3 months before hand. They went through the options for the floating breakfast to be the following morning at 8.30am. This did not come. When I went to check, they said no one had told the chef!

Positive: Plenty of filtered water, very responsive customer service. It was clean. Negative: The property looks new in the pictures, but in reality it looks a bit rundown now. The pool had rust on the edges. We didn't have water for a few hours but they fixed it quite quickly. The location is not too bad, but seminyak traffic is so bad now I would chose to stay closer to the hub.

Positive: Roomy, comfortable, feel of luxury Negative: Some kitchen equipment missing

Positive: Correspond aux photos. La piscine est sympa et la literie de qualité Negative: Propreté moyenne (taches sur le canapé…). La villa a besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement !

Positive: Four of us seetook over the villa and we all loved it. Big rooms, lovely living area and pool, great quiet location with easy walk to Seminyak shops and restaurants, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again. Negative: A more comfortable settee and more comfortable chairs in the common area and around the pool would be welcome. Also a chair in each bedroom would be great. We had to ask for a kettle and cups, and sachets of tea and coffee weren't provided. Rectifying these minor issues would make the villa even better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
